Nicely done! In the diagnostic, TN3 showed photos of my trucks’ problem, explained what was happening and why, how he proposed to remedy it, estimated how much it would cost, and where the uncertainty in the cost estimate lay. The work was completed when predicted, and the cost was indeed the estimated amount. In the diagnostic, they called my attention to several minor things that weren’t working. Well done, TN3.

Experience with the staff is excellent. Tom the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and able to explain everything in simple detail for understanding. I appreciate the time taken and I will return for future automotive needs. The app shows a lot of information, I did not find it easy to understand or navigate and it did not allow to approve services. I do suggest upgrading this system.

Tom, owner and Julio, Master Mechanic are awesome they worked on my daughter's, wife's cars, and my F150. They did excellent work. I am thankful for their help and will continue to bring my cars to them for service. This auto shop is the best! Tom kept me abreast of every detail in repairing my vehicle to get up and running. The cost was totally reasonable. Plus, he's such a nice person. Very happy with TN3. They will be my go to mechanics in the future.

Having recently purchased a used vehicle from Audi of Rocklin,which was a total scam sale,as Senior's in our late 70s..our trust in dealerships was at all time low. We decided to go to TN3 for much needed services. Tommy was so polite and reassuring at front desk..we immediately knew we had found a reputable repair shop.

I am extremely pleased with the service from TN3 Automotive. They were ready to work on my van at the time of my appointment and completed it in a timely fashion. Tom went over the inspection report thoroughly, so that I understood each item.
