Excellent customer service! We had our car towed to the shop because it was stuck in park. Tom found that the problem was a Ford recall issue. He didn’t charge us for this diagnosis. So we asked him to check some other problems we were having. The car has over 150,000 miles on it, so there were a few issues. Tom was honest about the urgent issue versus the ones that could wait. The repairs were reasonably priced and the car runs great! We will bring all our cars to Tom in the future!

Tom and his mechanic(s) are incredible. I am met with a warm, genuine welcome upon arriving. Expert advice is always provided, all while quickly solving the problem. TN3's service exceeds my expectations each time. Tom provides honest pricing without any hidden fees. He knows my older car is important to me and works with me to keep it running smoothly. Tom genuinely cares about me as a customer, to the point of taking care of me in a timely manner. An example of this was allowing me to come in early one afternoon to install a new blower. This allowed me to keep my next-day appointment, which entailed freeway driving. You can count on Tom and TN3 Automotive.

Tom is very professional, great customer service, offered a ride home after dropping off my truck. They fixed my truck and explained everything to me making sure I understood and was comfortable with the repairs. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and the prices seemed reasonable. Very trustworthy. Definitely will take all my vehicles to TN3 great shop. My truck is running great now.
